Scope Ark – Teacher Agreement

This Teacher Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Scope Ark (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and any individual or entity providing educational services through the Scope Ark platform (“Teacher”, “you”, “your”).

By registering, accessing, or using Scope Ark as a teacher, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. Nature of Relationship

· Teachers are independent contractors and not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Scope Ark.

· Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship between the Teacher and Scope Ark.

· Teachers are solely responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and legal obligations.

2. Eligibility and Registration

By joining Scope Ark, you confirm that:

· All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

· You hold the necessary qualifications and skills to provide educational services.

· Scope Ark reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any Teacher profile at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Teacher Responsibilities

Teachers agree to:

· Provide high-quality educational services in a professional manner.

· Attend all scheduled sessions on time.

· Avoid repeated cancellations or no-shows.

· Communicate respectfully with students and maintain professional behavior.

· Use the platform solely for educational purposes.

Scope Ark reserves the right to monitor performance and enforce quality standards.

4. Strict Prohibition of Off-Platform Activity

Teachers are strictly prohibited from:

· Sharing personal contact details with students for the purpose of bypassing the platform.

· Arranging payments or lessons outside Scope Ark.

· Encouraging or facilitating off-platform transactions or communication.

This includes but is not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, or any external communication channels intended to bypass Scope Ark.

Violation Consequences:

· Immediate suspension or permanent termination of account

· Loss of pending earnings

· Permanent ban from the platform

5. Payments and Earnings

· Teachers earn commissions based on completed and approved sessions.

· Scope Ark retains a platform commission from each transaction.

· Payment schedules may be weekly or monthly as determined by Scope Ark.

· Payments may be delayed or withheld in case of disputes, violations, or investigations.

· Scope Ark reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice.

6. Cancellations and Refund Impact

· Teacher-initiated cancellations may affect earnings and performance ratings.

· Student cancellations are handled under the Scope Ark Refund Policy.

· Uncompleted or disputed sessions may not be eligible for payment.

7. Quality Assurance and Monitoring

· Scope Ark may record, review, or monitor sessions for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and safety purposes.

· Teachers agree that their performance may be evaluated based on student feedback and platform metrics.

· Scope Ark reserves the right to limit visibility or remove Teachers with consistently poor performance.

8. Intellectual Property

· Educational materials created or shared through the platform may be used by Scope Ark for operational, educational, and quality improvement purposes.

· Teachers may not redistribute or commercially exploit platform content outside Scope Ark without permission.

9. Termination and Suspension

Scope Ark may suspend or terminate a Teacher account at any time in cases including but not limited to:

· Violation of this Agreement or platform policies

· Fraudulent activity or misconduct

· Repeated cancellations or poor performance

· Attempting to bypass the platform

· Harmful or illegal behavior

Termination may occur with or without prior notice depending on severity.

10. Anti-Circumvention Clause

Teachers agree not to bypass Scope Ark by:

· Reconnecting with students outside the platform after introduction

· Redirecting students to external services

· Creating alternative accounts to avoid platform fees

This clause remains valid even after termination of the account.

11. Liability

· Teachers are fully responsible for the content and quality of their teaching services.

· Scope Ark is not liable for disputes between Teachers and Students outside the platform.

· Teachers must not provide illegal, unethical, or misleading educational services.

12. Changes to Agreement

Scope Ark reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Scope Ark operates, and any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
